The Sales Cloud Keynote: What you need to know.

Introhive team members watch the Sales Cloud Keynote from our office in Fredericton

After yesterday’s big opening Dreamforce Keynote, two important product keynotes happen today, the first of which was the Sales Cloud Keynote that just wrapped up.

Here’s what else you missed:Built on the Salesforce platform, Sales Cloud is an incredible tool for connecting apps, devices, and customers. Introhive was featured in today’s keynote for bringing important relationship insight and activities, particularly warm introductions, to Sales Cloud through the Salesforce App Exchange.

  • As with yesterday, Salesforce.com’s big announcement of Salesforce1 ruled the day. Salesforce1 is geared to make Salesforce.com’s philosophy of an Internet of customers closer to operational reality. For Sales Cloud users, Salesforce1 shifts their activities to mobile phones and tablets. They can access all of the CRM tools they need easily and intuitively from their mobile devices, plus Salesforce1 is loaded with new API’s and is built for smooth integration with all of the apps, add-ons, and tools that sales reps and sales leadership need day-to-day.
  • Salesforce.com is really excited about their integration with Pardot and the Sales Console, and with good reason. They position Pardot as a bridge between marketing and sales. We’ve talked about how that line is blurring before, and the importance of sales and marketing working in sync. Sales Console brings apps from the App Exchange into Salesforce1

Introhive is Salesforce1 ready! We put together this quick video to show you how Introhive looks inside Salesforce1 on the iPad.
