Enhance your CRM with Relationship Data Science

It’s no secret that here at Introhive, we love Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. They help us not only stay organized and keep everyone on the same page, they also help us stay proactive and easily comb through our data to find the intel that we need, when we need it. We’re able to tap into such great results thanks to not only our CRM, but also due to our own relationship data science technology. This allows us to:

a) make sure that all our data is automatically synced into our CRM, keeping everything up-to-date (because who wants to manually log all those contacts and activities?)

b) deliver meaningful intelligence to our inbox on all our upcoming meetings. This helps ensure we’re always current on all the relationships our company has with other organizations – all the communications that are happening between our business partners (not just people that have CRM licenses), and how our relationship is trending (so I am aware if things are smooth sailing or potentially entering a rough patch).

Thanks to our love for CRMs, we have the opportunity to work closely with some of the best partners in the business. Each partner knows their industry and client-base intimately, and works extremely hard to always address the needs of their clients and keep their best interests at heart. We love this as it means that our partners aren’t simply promoting Introhive to everyone (even if it doesn’t make sense) but rather bringing us to the table when our solution truly is in the best interest of their clients.

If you live in Western Canada and are a Microsoft customer, then there’s a good chance you’re familiar with one of our partners – Encore. Encore is Western Canada’s largest Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner. On Tuesday, Oct 20th we’re hosting a webinar with Encore – join us for a chat about the CRM industry, where we’ll share some tips and tricks on data management, and illustrate how Introhive can save your CRM users over 5+ hours a week. Register HERE as space is limited.
